Day Director is a web workspace at daydirector.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The product is software-as-a-service: projects, tasks, Today, Inbox, a project plan, optional in-app Agent, and a hosted MCP endpoint. You are responsible for the data you put in a workspace and for keeping MCP tokens secret.
Paid plans are listed at daydirector.com/#pricing. Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Taxes may be added at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. You can start checkout from Settings → Billing after sign-in. Refunds are handled through Creem according to their buyer terms.
Optional AI features send the text you submit to a model provider when a server key is configured. The Agent is instructed not to delete records. Do not paste secrets into Agent or Inbox.
We may change the product or these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or violates the law.
